Both players picked up the award in November as well.
Jennings continued his torrid start to the season in December, averaging 16.7 points and 6.5 assists to pick up the Eastern Conference honor. The Bucks went just 3-11 during the month, though the 10th overall pick in last year's draft recorded 18 points and 11 assists in a 108-101 victory over Portland on Dec. 12.
In the West, Evans led all rookies during the period with 22.1 points to go with 5.1 assists and 1.62 steals per game. The Kings went 6-9 during a month that was highlighted by a 35-point comeback win over the Bulls on Dec. 21.
The No. 4 pick in the draft led the comeback with nine points in the final 2:13 to finish with 23 points, eight rebounds and three assists in the 102-98 victory.
Others considered for the awards included Golden State's Stephen Curry, Minnesota's Jonny Flynn, Oklahoma City's James Harden and Utah's Wesley Matthews.
