TORONTO - Chris Bosh led all scorers with 25 points and grabbed 11 rebounds, as the Toronto Raptors held on for a 98-92 win over the New Orleans Hornets at Air Canada Centre. Jarrett Jack chipped in with 15 points, seven assists and five boards, while Hedo Turkoglu added 14 points and seven assists for the Raptors, who were able to build off a lopsided 118-95 victory over New Jersey on Friday. Toronto, which also got 13 points and 11 rebounds from Andrea Bargnani, has won three of the last five. David West had a team-leading 21 points to go along with 12 boards for New Orleans, which was coming off back-to-back wins over Detroit and Denver but has dropped three of five. Emeka Okafor ended with 16 points and 11 rebounds, while Chris Paul had 10 points, eight rebounds and seven assists. The Hornets have dropped seven of their last eight on the road and fell to 2-11 as the visitor.

MEMPHIS, Tenn. - Zach Randolph had a huge game with 32 points and a career-best 24 rebounds, as the Memphis Grizzlies got by the Denver Nuggets, 102-96, at FedEx Forum. Rudy Gay added 19 points and Marc Gasol finished with 14 points and 13 rebounds for the Grizzlies, who defeated Indiana 107-94 on Friday and have split their last six overall. O.J. Mayo and Mike Conley each ended with 11 points. Carmelo Anthony led all scorers with 41 points for Denver, which dropped two in a row after a three-game winning streak. Nene finished with 19 points and seven rebounds, while Kenyon Martin donated 12 points.

BOSTON - Paul Pierce made all six of his three-point tries and scored 29 to go with seven rebounds, as the Boston Celtics downed the Minnesota Timberwolves, 122-104, at TD Garden. Ray Allen had 20 points, Kendrick Perkins added 14 points and 11 boards while Tony Allen gave 15 points and six rebounds off the bench for the Celtics, who bounced back from Friday's loss to Philadelphia to win for the 12th time in the past 13 games. Rajon Rondo had 15 assists and 13 points in the win. Jonny Flynn had 21 points, Al Jefferson had 20 points and 11 rebounds while Damien Wilkins chipped in with 18 points, six rebounds and six assists for the Timberwolves, who had won two of three coming into the contest.

AUBURN HILLS, Mich. - Kobe Bryant scored 28 points and had five steals as the Los Angeles Lakers earned a 93-81 win over the Detroit Pistons. Andrew Bynum chipped in 16 points for the Lakers, who finished a five-game road trip by securing their first home-and-home sweep of the Detroit Pistons in eight seasons. The Lakers went 4-1 on their trek and have won 15 of their last 16 games overall. Pau Gasol recorded 13 points and 11 boards, while Ron Artest contributed 14 points, nine assists and six steals in the victory as LA moved to an NBA-best 22-4. Rodney Stuckey had 16 points for the Pistons, who were coming off a loss in Oklahoma City on Friday. Jonas Jerebko added 15 points for Detroit, which played without Richard Hamilton (sore right hamstring).

MIAMI - Brandon Roy poured in 28 points and dished out eight assists, as the Portland Trail Blazers used a late surge to take down the Miami Heat, 102-95, at American Airlines Arena. LaMarcus Aldridge added 23 points and eight rebounds for the Blazers, who have won three of their last four games. Andre Miller ended with 17 points while Martell Webster chipped in 15 points for Portland, which made 11-of-19 three-pointers. Dwyane Wade finished with 28 points and 10 assists for the Heat, who had a two-game win streak snapped to drop to 2-3 on a six-game homestand. Quentin Richardson went a perfect 7-of-7 from beyond the arc on his way to 22 points. Michael Beasley tallied 17 points and eight rebounds for Miami, which made 8-of-16 shots from beyond the arc.

DALLAS - Tim Thomas started in place of an injured Dirk Nowitzki and scored 22 points to lead Dallas in a 102-95 victory over the Cleveland Cavaliers. Nowitzki missed the game due to a sore right elbow. He was hurt in Friday night's game against Houston during a collision with Rockets forward Carl Landry. Thomas also had seven rebounds as the Mavericks won for the sixth time in seven games. Jason terry scored 19 points off the bench while two other reserves - Josh Howard and Drew Gooden, chipped in 14 and 12 points, respectively. Jason Kidd logged 10 points and 11 assists in the victory. LeBron James, playing in his 500th career regular season game, scored 25 for the Cavaliers, who had a five-game winning streak snapped. This was the start of a rough four-game road trip for Cleveland, which will face Phoenix and Sacramento before concluding the swing on Christmas Day with a mammoth matchup against the Los Angeles Lakers.

NEW YORK - Wilson Chandler poured in 26 points and grabbed five rebounds, as the New York Knicks held off the Charlotte Bobcats, 98-94, at Madison Square Garden. Danilo Gallinari added 21 points, two steals, and two blocks for the Knicks, who have won two in a row and six of eight. David Lee tallied 15 points, 15 rebounds, and seven assists. Chris Duhon ended with 13 points and six assists for the victors. Raymond Felton had 27 points, nine rebounds, and seven assists for the Bobcats, who dropped to 1-12 as the visitor this season. Tyson Chandler finished with 13 points and 14 rebounds for Charlotte, which has lost three straight and five of six.
