Will we see another early stunner in college football's opening weekend?
There have been several September shockers over the last few college football [20] seasons. Appalachian State beating Michigan in 2007 still gets a lot of talk, and there were early stunners last year with Jacksonville State blindsiding Ole Miss, Kansas losing to North Dakota State 6-3, and James Madison topping Virginia Tech in Blacksburg. There may not be a surprise of that level during the opening weekend, but interesting storylines always seem to happen early in the season.
