Jay Cutler, Kristin Cavallari Calls Off Engagement

Chicago Bears quarterback and sack machine Jay Cutler has ended his impending wedding with reality TV star of The Hills, Kristin Cavallari.

We're just guessing here, but we expect Jay to have a mopey, depressed and sullen look on his face this season. But not because his marriage was called off. Because he's Jay Cutler and that's what he looks like all the time, even when everything is going perfect in his life.

According to people close to the couple, Jay was the one who called it off, leaving Kristin "devastated." It's still unclear why he waited this long to call it off (they were in the midst of planning wedding and honeymoon details), but it seems like it came as complete shock to Kristin.

How will this affect the Bears star quarterback this year? Will he throw interceptions in the red zone because his mind is wandering? Will he hold onto the ball too long and lead the league in sacks because he's emotionally devastated? Or will he not do all those things for once in his career? Time will tell.
