NCAA Fantasy WR/TE Rankings - Week 1

It’s no secret Texas Tech’s Michael Crabtree should be atop the receiver rankings for most of the season. With Graham Harrell returning, Crabtree has a chance to top his numbers from last season. Although the sophomore is the top receiving option, fantasy owners can rest assured there are plenty of quality options outside of the Red Raiders.

Rice’s Jarett Dillard should have a huge game against SMU and Ball State’s Dante Love is a fantastic option against Northeastern. SMU’s Emmanuel Sanders is a risky play due to an unknown quarterback, but is worth the risk. Sanders could have a huge game against a Rice defense that ranked last in the NCAA last year. Tulsa’s Trae Johnson and Brennan Marion are in a similar situation, with David Johnson and Jacob Bower splitting snaps.

The “Shootout in Seattle” should provide for plenty of fireworks between Washington State’s Brandon Gibson and Oklahoma State’s Dez Bryant. Both players are top 15 options this week. The Illinois-Missouri match-up is an favorable to the offenses, making Jeremy Maclin and Arrelious Benn top 20 options for week one.

Injury note - Florida's Percy Harvin is likely out for week one and may miss the first three games of the season.
