Landry Jones, a fourth-year junior, is in his third season as the starting quarterback for the Oklahoma Sooners. Entering this season he has won 19 of his 24 career starts and already holds seven school passing records. Last season he led the nation and set the Oklahoma single-season record for completions in a season, completing 66 percent (405-617) of his passes for 4,718 yards and 38 touchdowns. He has won both bowl games he has played in, including last year's Fiesta Bowl victory against Connecticut.
