The Analysis

The term versatile was invented for players like Scott. He played a lot of quarterback in high school, but that is the one position that he will not be playing in Tuscaloosa. Scott has the speed and agility to play corner, the physicality and tackling ability to play safety or even rover, and the game breaking ability to be an impact player all over the field on offense.

On defense, he shows great closing speed and then explodes into ball-carriers. However, running back or wide receiver is his most likely destinations. He will certainly be a dynamic return specialist no matter what side of the ball he is on. His ability to make people miss in the open field and then explode for the big gain is just too much to pass up. Scott needs the ball in his hands. He can score from anywhere on the field.
