The Analysis

PROS: Very simply put, Kline is an excellent all-around football player. He is incredibly fundamentally sound and possesses smooth, fluid mechanics when throwing the football. He has sound footwork and adequate athletic ability. He stands confidently in the pocket and believes in his ability to make the throw. He has a solid arm and can make every throw in the book with accuracy and great timing. What he lacks in size, he more than makes up for with high football savviness, IQ and an excellent snap release.

CONS: Kline is not an ideally sized quarterback but should have room to fill out a bit. His arm strength is not elite, but his smooth delivery and quick release make it appear strong than reality. Kline will need to learn not to take risks on the next level, as his confidence can get the better of him at times.
