The Analysis

PROS: This is a long, athletic prospect who could eventually play at multiple positions through the defensive secondary. He has excellent football instincts and understands the game well from both a man-to-man and zone scheme perspective. He shows solid fluidity and movements into and out of his backpedal. Possesses solid quickness and can close on the ball well. Once the ball is in the air, he is on the attack. He breaks on and plays the football extremely well.

CONS:The only thing keeping hiim from growing into an all-conference-type safety is his tackling ability. He needs to polish his technique and consistency. Learning how and when to fill against the run will be a priority of his college coaches.
