The Analysis

There is a lot to like about Pittman. He is a long, rangy player with plenty of room to grow and fill out once he lands in a college weight program. He shows plenty of physicality at the point of attack, using excellent leverage and pad level to get quality push. He is a fundamentally sound player at his age. He is not an incredibly explosive player and will need to work on developing his pass rush skills, but has all the tools needed to become a dominant college defensive end. Finished with 102 tackles, eight sacks and 20 tackles for a loss as a senior. Totaled 34.5 tackles for a loss over his last two prep seasons. Finished high school career with 18 sacks.
