The Analysis

PROS:Simmons is a quality overall athlete. He has solid foot quickness, agility and burst needed to play in space, both in pulls, traps and screens. He has displayed the ability to be dominant on the high school level in the running game. He has long arms and quick hands that will be a major asset in pass protection. He has the size and tools needed to be an excellent pass and run blocker on the next level - it just might be a guard instead of tackle.

CONS:At times, Simmons have play too high and will need to work on developing his get-off. His lack of overall killer instinct might be cause for concern as well. He will need to develop into a player who looks to finish every play with intensity and passion.

BIO:The LA Times reported that he missed three games with a broken ankle in 2010 and previously attended Dorsey High School.
