The Analysis
Bullard is a physically impressive defensive lineman who could develop into any scheme on the next level. He has the power, bulk and toughness to slide inside if needed in either a 3-4 or 4-3 scheme. He shoots his hands, has a thick frame and could handle the rigors of interior play. He could also stick at end, which would allow his bullrush skills to shine in the pass-rushing game. He has a great build for a D-Lineman and plays with a toughness and intensity that coaches crave at the college level. He was a fast riser in the recruiting rankings as he proved himself at the Shrine Bowl of the Carolinas and at the US Army All-American bowl.
