The Analysis
PROS: Theus is not afraid to roll up his sleeves and get dirty. He is an excellent run blocker who will maul his opponent off the line of scrimmage. He shows excellent footwork and a nasty streak that college covet in offensive lineman. Theus plays against elite level of competition and has the potential tools needed to be a solid pass blocker as well: arm length, upper body strength, solid hips and decent footwork.CONS: As a blocker, Theus is much more effective when he is on the attack. He will push defenders around in the running game but needs to work on his pass pro. He will need to work on hand placement and quickness, but shows all the raw materials needed to develop into a solid pass blocker. Footwork, patience and upper body bulk will all help him once he gets to the next level.
BIO: Will play in the U.S. Army All-American bowl. First-team All-first coast OL by Fla-Times Union
