The Analysis

PROS: Winston is a leader. He shows great poise and command of the huddle. He feels his way around the pocket with ease and great instinct. He will make the right throw more times than not and shows solid arm strength. Winston is an excellent athlete and might be the top dual-threat prospect in this class. He has solid overall speed and agility.

CONS: While he does make the right decisions, he doesn’t’ always have the touch, accuracy and consistency to complete the pass. He will need plenty of work on his ball control, mechanics and overall delivery. He has quick and athletic feet, so the development of his footwork should come quickly.

BIO: Winston was an ASWA Super 12 selection in 2010 and is also a highly-touted baseball player who stars in centerfield with a plus-arm. He will play in Under Armour All-American game.
