The Analysis

PROS:It doesn't seem to matter where Ruffin plays, he is productive. He has the speed, quickness and open-field agility to play wide receiver. He has the strength, power and toughness to excel at running back. And he has the combination of both, packaged with his diagnostic and tackling skills, to be a havoc-wrecking linebacker. This is where we see him landing. His range is tremendous and will work through traffic with ease, exploding into ball carriers.

CONS:His overall versatility and effectiveness may have hindered his development at any one position. Once he is fixed into one role or the other, the sky could be the limit for a player with very few weaknesses.

BIO:Posted 87 tackles at linebacker, 720 receiving yards at wide receiver and 247 rushing yards and five touchdowns as a running back.
