The Analysis

PROS:From a combination of ball skills and overall athletic ability, there are few equals to Neal. He is excellent in the open field and can be very skilled with the ball in his hands after the catch - or on hand-offs, screens, trick plays. He rarely slows down and can be elusive in all phases of the game. He runs solid routes and his overall agility gets him into and out of cuts with ease. His hands are excellent. He will attack the football when its thrown his way - using excellent high-point skills. Will rarely catch the ball with his pads.

CONS:For a player with very few weaknesses, level of competition may be the only question. He rarely faced defenders of an equal skill level and will be tested early on most college campuses.
