Rules & Conditions
  1. Your school must receive at least 1,000 pledged magazines in order to qualify for a Special "MyTeam Cover" by Tuesday, March 31, 2009.
  2. A minimum of 1,000 pledged magazines must then be sold via an online pre-sale of the Special Edition "MyTeam Cover" prior to April 3, 2009 in order for that magazine to be produced. An email will be sent to all pledges indicating when they can begin making payment.
  3. Once Athlon Sports has received the required minimum of 1,000 orders, the order information will be processed and the Special Edition will go into production. At that time there will be no refunds. All sales are final.
  4. If the required 1,000 minimum purchases are not completed by the deadline, all customers who already completed the transaction for the magazine will not be charged and that magazine will not be produced.
  5. Athlon Sports will determine which edition will serve as the contents for each Special Edition. (i.e. Southeastern, Big Ten, Big 12, etc.)
  6. Athlon Sports will determine the look of each Special Edition Magazine (call-outs, title, athlete, photo, etc.) and makes no guarantees as to the contents of each school's Special Edition in advance.
