Week 6 Fantasy QB Rankings

Expect the scoreboard operator in Tulsa to be busy this weekend. Rice and Tulsa are both averaging over 40 points per game and have two of the best college fantasy quarterbacks in David Johnson (Tulsa) and Chase Clement (Rice). With Clement and Johnson looking to throw around 40 times a game, the receivers for both squads will be solid options this week. Both quarterbacks should have huge outings in Week 6 and are a must-start in every fantasy lineup.

Not far behind Johnson and Clement is Texas Tech’s Graham Harrell. Harrell will be going up against a suspect Kansas State defense and he should have no trouble topping the 300-yard mark in this game. Oklahoma’s Sam Bradford and BYU’s Max Hall round out the top five and both have excellent match-ups.

Florida’s Tim Tebow was off to a relatively slow start going into last week’s game against Ole Miss. The junior quarterback responded with his best performance of the year last Saturday, as he notched three touchdowns and over 300 passing yards. Tebow should post another huge effort this Saturday, as he takes on an Arkansas defense that ranks 113th in the NCAA in scoring defense. Another quarterback to watch is West Virginia’s Pat White. The senior is nursing a bruised thumb, but it shouldn’t affect him in Saturday’s game against Rutgers.

Keep an eye on a couple of quarterbacks this Saturday – North Texas’ Giovanni Vizza, Notre Dame’s Jimmy Clausen and Virginia Tech’s Tyrod Taylor. These three players have risk involved, but could be a high reward for your fantasy roster this week.
