Quarterbacks

Pick them up now!

Sean Canfield, Oregon State – Canfield is your man if you need a quarterback for the playoffs. The senior is on a roll with three consecutive 300-yard games and matchups against Washington and Washington State up next.

Zach Collaros, Cincinnati – As Cincinnati coach Brian Kelly stated after the victory against Connecticut, it will be hard to keep Collaros out of the lineup, even with Tony Pike returning. Collaros should be a solid top-25 fantasy quarterback against West Virginia and Illinois.

Kirk Cousins, Michigan State – There should be no shortage of points in Week 11 matchup between Michigan State and Purdue.

Ricky Dobbs, Navy – Dobbs returned to the starting lineup against Notre Dame and totaled 158 yards and two scores. With Delaware and Hawaii in the playoffs, Dobbs would be a wise addition to any roster, especially since it appears the knee injury is no longer a concern.

Zac Dysert, Miami, Ohio – Dysert has been a difficult quarterback to get a read on this year. However, he has thrown for at least 344 yards in each of his last four games and after throwing 11 interceptions in his first seven games, he has only one in his last three. With Bowling Green up next, there should be no shortage of fantasy points to go around for the RedHawks.

Joey Elliott, Purdue – See Kirk Cousins.

Nick Fanuzzi, Rice – Fanuzzi is coming off a season-high 250 passing yards against SMU and has excellent matchups in the playoffs with Tulane, UTEP and Houston ahead. If you are short on quarterbacks, Fanuzzi is at least worth a roster spot to in case of an injury to one of your starters.

Bryant Moniz, Hawaii – Moniz has been a solid fill-in for Greg Alexander, throwing for three 300-yard outings in his last four games. The sophomore is also a threat on the ground, as evidenced by his 76 rushing yards against Utah State. With availability in 70 percent of U-Sports’ leagues, this Hawaii signal-caller is a solid add for the playoffs.

Kyle Padron, SMU – Padron threw for only 234 yards and one score against Rice, but it looks like Bo Levi Mitchell will have a hard time entering the lineup when he is back from a shoulder injury. Padron should be a solid fantasy option against UTEP, Marshall and Tulane over the next three weeks.

Trey Revell, UL Monroe – Revell showed no ill-effects from a thumb injury against North Texas, throwing for 282 yards and two scores. Revell is a nice sleeper pickup for an intriguing matchup against Western Kentucky this week.

Riley Skinner, Wake Forest – Just like Sean Canfield, Skinner could be an excellent pickup for the playoffs. Skinner should have no trouble posting at least 250 passing yards and two scores against Florida State and Duke in the Demon Deacons next two games.

Ryan Griffin, Tulane
Jeff Van Camp, Florida Atlantic

Running Backs

Pick them up now!

Kendall Berry, Florida International – Coming off a solid performance – 103 yards and three scores – and faces North Texas this week.

Delone Carter, Syracuse – Take a look at Carter if you need help at running back for Week 11. After rushing for 143 yards against Pittsburgh, Carter should have no trouble finding room against a vulnerable Louisville defense.

Ryan Houston, North Carolina – Shaun Draughn left Saturday’s win over Duke with a shoulder injury and is out for the remainder of the season. Houston gashed the Blue Devils for 164 yards on 37 carries and is one to stash for the playoffs considering his recent play.

D.D. Kyles, MTSU – Kyles has been a solid find for the MTSU offense, posting back-to-back 100-yard efforts. With UL Lafayette, Arkansas State and UL Monroe ahead, Kyles could get to 100 yards in each of the final three games.

Shawnbrey McNeal, SMU – McNeal has only two 100-yard outings this year, but is producing consistent totals each week. In Saturday’s win over Rice, McNeal posted 88 yards and two scores, giving him 727 rushing yards this year. McNeal is a solid starter in the playoffs with UTEP, Marshall and Tulane on the schedule.

Vince Murray, Navy – Murray has been featured in our waiver wire report over the past couple of weeks and gets another mention after rushing for 158 yards and one score against Notre Dame. Murray has four straight 100-yard performances and has a favorable two-game stretch in the playoffs – Delaware and Hawaii.

Jermaine Thomas, Florida State – With Christian Ponder sidelined for Saturday’s game against Wake Forest, the offense will lean on Thomas to move the chains. The sophomore has been a solid fantasy option over the last four weeks, posting two 100-yard performances.

Eddie Wide, Utah – Despite six straight 100-yard performances, Wide is available in 46 percent of U-Sports’ leagues. If he’s on your waiver wire, be sure to add him immediately.

Keiland Williams, LSU – The injury to Charles Scott opens the door for Williams to assume the No. 1 spot in the LSU backfield. However, freshman Russell Shepard should figure heavily into the rotation.

Shane Vereen, California – How much time will Jahvid Best miss?

Jason Ford, Illinois
Willie Geter, Bowling Green
Cody Johnson, Texas
Ashton Leggett, Michigan State
Shawn Southward, Troy

Wide Receivers

Pick them up now!

Marcus Easley, Connecticut – Easley has been on fire, scoring in five consecutive games and has favorable matchups in the playoffs – at Notre Dame and Syracuse.

Patrick Edwards, Houston – Edwards has picked it up over the last three weeks, catching 27 passes for 359 yards and two scores. With James Cleveland and Tyron Carrier weekly fantasy options, it can be difficult to pinpoint which Houston receiver will have a solid outing. However, considering there could be 400 to 500 passing yards to go around each week, Edwards is worth a pickup.

Tyshon Goode, Kent State – Goode has been a solid find over the last three weeks, catching a total of 28 passes for 435 yards and two scores. With a bye week ahead in Week 11, Goode is more of a stash option for Week 12 and Week 13.

McKay Jacobson, BYU – Jacobson showed no ill-effects from a hamstring injury that forced him to miss four games. Jacobson won’t post huge catch totals, but he has four touchdown receptions in five games this year.

Armand Robinson, Miami, Ohio – Robinson has managed only four scores this year, but he’s getting plenty of targets, as evidenced by his 63 receptions. With a shootout against Bowling Green up next, take a look at Robinson as a spot starter for your lineup.

LaGregory Sapp, UL Monroe – Sapp has been a steady producer over the last three weeks, catching at least six passes for 107 yards in every game. The Warhawk offense should continue to click over the next couple of weeks, especially with the return of quarterback Trey Revell.

Roy Roundtree, Michigan

Tight Ends

Pick them up now!

Joe Halahuni, Oregon State – Halahuni has two 100-yard performances over the last three games and could be a steal for the playoff run. With Washington and Washington State up next, Halahuni appears to be a top-10 fantasy option at tight end.
