Tournament match-ups have been revealed on Selection Sunday.

The NCAA Men's Basketball Championship field of 68 is out and the brackets are revealed. Kentucky, who lost to Vanderbilt in the SEC Championship game earlier today, stands as the No. 1 overall seed.

Here are the top four teams in each region:

South: Kentucky, Duke, Baylor, Indiana
East: Syracuse, Ohio State, Florida State, Wisconsin
West: Michigan State, Missouri, Marquette, Louisville
Midwest: North Carolina, Kansas, Georgetown, Michigan
