Peyton Manning’s health has been one of the most-discussed topics of the NFL’s offseason and barring a change of heart by Indianapolis owner Jim Irsay, No. 18 won’t be suiting up for the Colts in 2012. Manning’s recovery from neck surgery has been slow and reports from earlier this offseason weren’t positive about his arm strength and ability to throw to his left.
