What to Watch for at SEC Media Days

The SEC coaches and players kickoff college football's summer media events on Wednesday.

Some consider the media days for each conference the unofficial start to the college football season. Shortly after media days is the opening of fall camps, which means the season will be less than a month away. The SEC kicks off college football's summer media events in Birmingham, Ala. on Wednesday afternoon.

Will Muschamp Takes Over at Florida

Will Muschamp is a bit of an unknown quantity, but he knows Florida, and he knows the SEC.

Back then, there was no Hampton Suites in downtown Gainesville. Back then, the place where Will Muschamp lived during the first four months on the job as Florida’s football coach did not exist. The hotel where he shaved and showered before working deep into the nights has only been open for a year.

We have ranked every college football program in the country, based on the attractiveness of the position from a coaching perspective. We considered many factors — tradition, facilities, location, money  — but in the end, we simply asked ourselves the following question: Where would we want to coach?
